LC used goals a minute on either side of halftime to pick up a 3-1 nonleague victory over Silas on the road in Tacoma. Cyrille Wangama finished off a breakaway, beating the goalkeeper near post. His opportunity came off a long ball from Tiger centerback Tyler Reed. 12 seconds into the second half, Hank Bishopp stole a pass from the Silas centerback and smashed it into the net to double the lead. After conceding on a cornerkick, LC answered immediately with the goal of the night. Ezra Jensen cut in on his right foot and unleashed a curling effort into the top corner of the goal to restore the two goal cushion. LC will take on Auburn Riverside tomorrow at noon.
