INW 26 Scoreboard – September 3

Notes of the Night

HOT STUFF
The Broncos picked up a draw on the road against Arizona in triple-digit temperatures. The draw marked the third consecutive season with a positive road result against a PAC-12 team and rounded out a two-game trip to the state with a pair of draws against the future ex-PAC-12 sides.

GRIZ ROAR
After playing Ohio State to a draw at home last week Montana picked up another positive result against a big opponent by edging Oklahoma Sunday at Gonzaga.

Dynamic Duo
Gonzaga’s Kate Doyle and Giana Riley combined on each other’s goals to open the match in the first four minutes of the contest and sit one-two on the WCC scorers list, respectively. Doyle has seven goals, scoring in all six games, while Riley has six.
